But the Russian's used FACEBOOK, my god, how much would he have won by if that had also used Twitter?

....In politics, campaign advertising is the use of an advertising campaign through the media to influence a political debate, and ultimately, voters. So you're saying the Russian propaganda via facebook ads and whatever flyers they passed out and whatever rallies they might have infiltrated, was a more effective "Nazi-like" solution than our own media + politicians + PRESIDENT's near-constant assault on Trump?
Really? 24/7 coverage on cable news networks and network television news, newspapers, the internet, EVERYWHERE...nothing but negative propaganda on Trump from our own people, and that wasn't enough to overpower what the Russians did.
REMEMBER, these are GULLIBLE VOTERS, right? They were more swayed by FACEBOOK ADS than constant, IN YOUR FACE TV?
Come on man. These GULLIBLE VOTERS are all Wal-Mart shoppers, right? ALL THEY DO IS WATCH TV.
Did the Russians do a lot of television ads? Did they buy CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC? The Washington Post?
You have no argument here. You will lose on every single point.
I knew the smart guys here couldn't even explain it to me.
But they could throw some more Nazi Germany in my face.
You guys are spent. Nothing left except Nazi Germany.
Sad.

Billions of dollars are spent by the advertising industry on convincing "consumers" to buy their product. Today targeted ad campaigns increase the ROI's of an advertising dollar. Google and others are major players.
Smart money through clever technology is a major area of research.
The Russians have learned much. Way cheaper than military campaigns. We do not know how effective their political adverting ROI's actually were. Votes were changed. We will probably never know how many. The 3 or so states that provided Trump his victory are calculated to be swung by unexpected states. Only 80,000 votes in those states gave him the advantage.

What's your point? The 2000 election came down to 500 votes.

My point is that targeted marketing in only a few states was needed.
There is evidence of this
What we know about Russia’s election hacking
https://www.politico.com/story/2018/...p-putin-698087
3) They breached state and county agencies, too
“Since early 2014, Russian intelligence has researched US electoral processes and related technology and equipment,” the U.S. intelligence community said in its initial assessment of Russian activities before the elections. Then, according to multiple accounts of Russian activity to interfere with the 2016 vote, they put that knowledge to

Russia copied the CIA's successful 'operation mockingbird', using media to manipulate the public opinion to go to wars, dispose of government leaders, take down politicians....
Russia continued their own covert operations in USA with their 'operation trumpsthebird', involving identity theft, credit card fraud, and $48,000 in highly targeted facebook advertisements after the election in order to capitalize those with late voting decisions.

What about the targeted marketing of the big media outlets and huge political names that were anti-Trump all the time? Including President Obama (towards the end of the campaign, when he probably knew she was in a bit of trouble)?
No influence on these supposedly highly gullible voters who supposedly bought into Russia influence instead of YUUUUUUUGE American Media + Political Machine influence?

Your video took place during the 2016 election when Trump was complaining about illegals voting. Therefore "rigging" the election. Obama was recorded responding to this idiocy
The massive attempted swaying of public opinion by the Russians
is a totally different topic. I know, you are just repeating Dummkopf's shtick on Hannity.
PS: Please provide links for your assertions

What conspiracy theory?
It was a fact that Trump was a narcissistic, douchebag, orange, fat, bald, failure of a businessman, a womanizer, a cheat, possibly a rapist/sexual harasser, possibly a tool of Russia...I mean, THAT'S ALL MOST OF THE MEDIA AND MANY POWERFUL POLITICIANS TALKED ABOUT SINCE THE MOMENT HE STARTED RUNNING! INCLUDING OBAMA, THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!
THE SITTING PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES CALLED ONE OF THE TWO CANDIDATES "UNFIT FOR OFFICE."
That is all fact.
But you're telling me, Russian facebook ads, tweets, some plants at some rallies and the Podesta emails (which probably nobody but the alt-right here on off-topic paid attention to) were ABLE TO BEAT BACK ALL OF THAT NEGATIVE TRUMP PUBLICITY TO GIVE HIM THE WIN??!?!??!?!??!
Which one of us, again, is wearing the tin-foil hat?
It looks like it's YOU this time, given the FACTS.

The dumb popular negatives were on both sides. The Russian campaign was both more subtle and more effective.
And more targeted.

You're not rational. You're hopeful. You're wishing. You're clinging to nonsense.
The Russian meddling was an absolute non-starter.
At least admit this. The intelligence agencies do. They say not one vote was affected.
You aren't going to go against the US intelligence agencies like that dope Trump, are you? You're not a traitor. You would never disagree with US Intelligence (well, except for Vietnam, Iraq, etc. etc. etc.)

Mike, you are in rare form today. Sharpest stuff I have ever seen here, and there has been a lot to look at in off-topic.
And I kinda like it.
Don't stop. It's great stuff.
