He made a deal with the feds, someone else maybe not related to his offence got burned and is singing like a bird on someone else. Once that happens everything on him went into boxes to the loading dock. I am not saying that it is right, just that it happens. Who put a seal on the details might not be what documents say. Or it could be as it looks, you think what you will.

Heard that it may have been Obama himself who sent down an order to Kimberly Foxx .

I understand that, I call that many masked moving parts. Without the end game in sight we may never find out what was sealed. If sealed on state level the fed will drop the hammer on him unless they ordered it.
