What's this guy's story? Never heard of him but just checked out some articles about him. Typical tout BS or is he legit? He doesn't like the horse I like (M.Moon) and is touting MBJ as a bomb. Is he going to vaguely list like 8 horses that he 'likes' and then claim to have the winner 10 years in a row?

You have to join some pay site to see his picks.

Tout city. I remember that name from last year and knowing how hard it is to n not only 'cap a Derby-Oaks double because of weather and field size, even with a good recent run of Derby favorites, I'd buy 3 of 5 years or something but without details it's clearly a stone cold lie. Certainly closer to ALL/ALL than hitting a straight or small ticket. I had Animal Kingdom (one of 3 win bets), even Super Saver (trifecta), but you're telling me he had Mine that Bird, I'll have Another, and all the favorites with the Oaks pairings?

Yup, they never tell you. Or show you documentation. Pretty funny, actually.

I had never heard of this guy until I saw a headline on the CBS Sports website a few weeks ago: "Picks from expert who has nailed 9 straight Derbys"

They use the headline in a ton of articles as click bait for cbssportsline. If you read about this guy he has never picked a loser. Ever.

He has inspired me to try it myself this year.

I am now using:

"expert who picked McCraken in the 2017 Kentucky Derby"

I don't have a clue, but if Demling likes the My Boy Jack, he's not the only one.

I'm shocked to see that the is currently 5-1 in the betting tonight (versus his 30-1 morning line), with $1.2 M in the early betting win pool. His Oaks-Derby double payoff is lower, but not quite that low. More like 12-15 to 1 range.

So, the early steam horse is identified. Maybe it's Tom who bet him.

Oaks-Derby $2 Doubles: 14 with:

1 - 1622.40
2 - 712.40
3 - 1020.40
4 - 662.20
5 - 59.00
6 - 70.60
7 - 33.20
8 - 753.80
9 - 170.60
10 - 199.60
11 - 76.40
12 - 507.40
13 - 1310.40
14 - 42.00
15 - 1317.80
16 - 104.00
17 - 482.40
18 - 152.40
19 - 592.00
20 - 1324.00
