Interesting, though, that in the original story, how she was awakened is different than how the Disney movie portrays it:

Looking up the original story of Sleeping Beauty there is a different version in which "He finds Talia alive but unconscious, and "...gathers the first fruits of love." Afterwards, he leaves her in the bed and goes back to his kingdom. Though Talia is unconscious, she gives birth to twins."
