Would have been political suicide for a GOP presidential candidate
to be seen working side by side with Joe. That's where this country is at, now.

There is the POTUS, doing what a president should - assisting at a disaster site.
Refreshing change having a person in that office who actually does his job.

Could we just admit Presidential visits to these places are stupid? They are absolutely pointless and who on earth feels so much better because the President rolled in?

East Palestine might be a little different because of long term impacts not to mention that's something they could actively be trying to stop in the future.
