The pace figures are not just based on the raw times but are adjusted with a variant, just like the speed figures. That might explain why equal times don't recieve the same figure.

If you check the pace and final figure pars they list at the begining of the PPs, you'll find that the pace figures for sprints are usually higher than the one's for routes, relative to the same final figures.

I kinda miss TSN too, though they were almost identical to the Brisnet PPs. Maybe because the figures were on a smaller scale, which I liked.
