Because the bookies had the horse at 9-1 and the tote had it at 5-1. Sometimes it goes the other way,

BetAmerica came online yesterday for races 5 and 6. TwinSpires had it all day.
Day 2 - After BetAmerica emailed me twice about deposit bonuses...but ya can't play the Ascot. Still up on TwinSpires.
Just called BA - they are aware of the issue...and are working on it...
