Interested in what charges Servis will plead guilty to.
May be similar to Navarro's charge of "conspiracy to commit drug adulteration or misbranding".

it doesn't really matter. from what i have been told, Servis looks physically bad and has some major health issues. when he gets sentenced he will probably do his time close to a federal prison hospital which is usually worse than going to a regular federal correctional institute. i highly doubt he lives long enough to finish his sentence no matter how short or long it is.

the sad part of this story is that Jason Servis was a good trainer, he had great owners that gave him really good horses and it wasn't enough. the money got to his head i guess.

Maybe he should inject himself with some of that juice that he was using on his horses, or maybe he already did.

Some of the garbage trainers have been caught giving horses make me disgusted. I wonder how many of them really don't give a crap about the welfare of the animal. No one has ever helped me come up with a name, but
a miracle trainer of QH 870 yard horses at Los Alamitos was caught injecting horses with heroin, he got away with it for quite some time in the 80's as I recall.

Just a strange thought that came to me, I wonder if after all of this time, if they came up with a test that will detect this SGF-1000 or if nefarious trainers all over the world are still using it?

Probably the same issue as with human doping, the cheaters are always well ahead of those trying to catch them and they get away with it for a good amount of time.
