Her correction was eye roll worthy as well. She went on to say that dems need to control all three chambers of govt. Since when does anyone have political control of SCOTUS? Sotomayor said over the weekend that the SCOTUS is a family and they put aside any political difference while together. It's all about the law. Now I'm not sure RBG sets her leanings aside, but I tend to believe the differences in the justices are a matter of literal versus modern interpretation of the Constitution.
