So, while you can 'keep' your insurance, and you can 'keep' your doctor, what you can't keep is your money and your freedom.

Way to go, GOP (RIP, 1856-2017).
Hilarious that a ardent Trump supporter declares the GOP dead if they can't pass a bill by a never-trumper.

I've been declaring the GOP dead for over three years now... even before Trump's escalator ride to destiny.

As flawed as the last two Obama Care 'repeal' bills were, they were still better than the current law. By simply eliminating the employee and individual mandates in the last bills... that alone would have made up for any other flaws in the rest of that legislation.

Clowns such as McCain, Cruz, Paul had regularly campaigned on and voted for previous bills repealing Obama Care. Their no vote was strictly done to stick it to Trump and to the American people. You don't think so??

The GOP establishment thinks they are making Trump look bad by their deliberate feet-dragging and outright failures to pass Trump's legislative agenda. The American people lose -- and won't forget -- and come November 2018, and then in 2020, the GOP will be completely done as a viable National Party.

The GOP will pay a price for their non-support for Trump and their disregard to their base who voted for him, and for many of them, in the past.

What is the benefit of having republican in control?

They are gutless, lazy, liars.
They have no agenda other than to do nothing.

There is plenty of blame here to go around, and it goes well beyond a handful of GOP Senators having hissy fits.

With a GOP Congress and a GOP administration since the first of the year, McConnell can't put together a workable bill and a consensus of 50 votes in 9 months? A woman can produce a kid in that time, but McConnell and company can't produce 50 votes?

The administration is also complicit in this fiasco. Trump ran on a few core issues, and repeal and replace O-Care was a big one. And he appointed a Secy. of HHS who claimed to be dedicated to doing that. Tom Price was confirmed on Feb. 10. I saw no indication in the media after that date that Price or Trump were working on a bill of their own, or were working with either house of Congress to pass a bill. The only thing I remember seeing from Trump on the issue was his praise of the House bill that passed, followed by criticism of it after it got bad press.

Price appears to be on a world victory tour celebrating his new job for the last 7-8 months, and Trump appears to be unaware of that until the story broke on Politico. This looks to confirm rumors that Trump is not working closely with his Cabinet, but is spending a lot of time in discussions and interaction with his West Wing staff.
