When in Rome... I would have enjoyed seeing LiAngelo Ball and other UCLA students go through the Chinese legal system. 3-10 years for shoplifting.

The Canadian military will flex its muscle and China will give in and release the guy.

Being that something like 135 countries either don't have the death penalty or haven't executed anyone in 10 years, it is far from a universally agreed penalty.

HAHAHA!! Most of the drugs people take now will kill you if done wrong. That doesn't stop them, but the death penalty will?
