Positive on Oaks Day. Will it affect a Breeders' Cup Race?

Does "Oaks Day" mean a horse in the Kentucky Oaks or some other horse that ran that day?

Sounds like it could be from any race, including but not necessarily the Oaks.

This is like Ground Hog Day.

It just keeps happening, but the horses names are different. Of course all his horses run clean, charlatan, justify, authentic, gamine, blah blah blah...there is always some reason why they are clean (even if you have to get the big wigs you train for, like the chairman of the California Horse Racing Board, to dispose of pesky inquiries in closed door sessions. )

...and everyone will rush to place their wagers on Authentic and Maximum Security in the BCC.

Because, despite that there is nothing new under the sun and award winning trainers everywhere have been training horses for as long, or longer than Baffet, only Baffert is doing something *amazingly brilliant* to win and win and win again.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......

It's not a problem anyway.

Just put 9 horses into a race, and have 3 trainers with 2-3 horses in the same said race, (and leave "one token spot" open for some name that isn't their names, to make it look like there's diversity and it's exciting.)

I'm excited. Are you excited?

Baffert

At the very least, Baffert's stakes shippers should race out of a detention barn. But I think the day is coming when certain jurisdictions will not let him race at all. This was his 28th drug violation.

At what point does Racing HAVE to address this issue??? This shouldn't even be a legitimate question...but in so many ways the tail has been wagging the dog in this sport/business...for so long...

Could Baffert possibly give a bigger Middle Finger to Racing as a whole?

I've always wondered why Baffert doesn't race in FL . Is there a reason for that?

He has run in the Pegasus a number of times with good finishes, so I don't know that there's any major reason. He is not as spread out as other "super trainers."

He is in California. The weather is fine. Most of the east coast guys that ship down do it for weather. It sure isn't for purses as they aren't that great at GP.
