There was a huge difference in E. Jean Carroll’s testimony as compared to RBY’s testimony. Carroll convinced a judge of her truthfulness. We shall see if Bryant-Yeartie can do the same. I seriously doubt that.

That low bar has clearly been met.
The wild card is the judge.
As he clearly demonstrated, he is a pretty incompetent jerk.
He has no control over his courtroom and has no proffessionalism.
He should be disbarred.
