I’m no legal expert but I hope this goes forward. Just get some of this shit on public record. The thing that really irks me is the “cover up” nature of this entire deal. It was made public 4 months after the fact and I have a feeling if journalists didn’t get hold of this information that could of went on indefinitely. Now, I could give a crap about the Baffert debate. He’s got cult followers that believe he can do no wrong. But how can anyone in their right mind support any of this ? This sort of behavior confirms everything that people point to when they say horse racing is crooked. Secret “meetings”, agreements to “shut up” and move on, there seems to be a legitimate conspiracy of multiple parties involved here. If one likes horse racing , the horses and their money doesn’t see what’s wrong with this. There’s pretty much no hope of explaining it to you.
So tired of “Witch hunt” crowd. This stinks to high heaven. Get your head out of the sand and wake up “Fan Folk”. Jeez . I don’t care who is involved this sort of thing can not be tolerated.
