The game is dying. And no one in a position to do something about it really cares.

every horse that got banged down won. but that won't last forever. eventually those trainers that use the races to get their horses fit will now be able to compete against the guys that have them ready. it may take 4-6 weeks. last year in Finger Lakes it took about 2 months.
