No rules are being re-written by Trump, Margie.
Only the intellectually inept create these kind of narratives.
Glad you brought up this nonsense.

Article 1?
I'm pretty annoyed that we don't care about the Constitution when we don't get our way...
This is massive executive overreach because we've elected a legislative incompetent to the Presidency.

Article 1 would disagree...
When this is killed in the courts the precedent it sets will be still be taken advantage of by Democrats in the future.

Article 1?...so, what about it? No one is trying to dismantle the legislative branch of the federal government that I see.
The only legislative incompetents are those who just a few short years ago fully supported border protection until the disingenuous bedfellows made a 180 degree turn. So, you're in support of those disingenuous 'flakes, I gather.

Congress controls the purse of government.
Just because he sucks at his job he shouldn't be allowed to go pervert an existing law to get what he wants.
The Climate Change National Emergency will certainly be fun...
Donald Trump agrees with me by the way...

Yes ... such as trying to overturn a duly elected President of the United States, as what the FBI/CIA et al have been trying to do for two years +. That is unconstitutional as well as being illegal if you didn't know. But so what? Let's get Trump!
You've selectively given that part of your limited civics understanding your OK so let's cut out the phony outrage.
But that is all about to change -- let's just say the walls are closing in -- as new Atty General Bill Barr will now go after the real criminals, liars and s-bags such as McCabe, Comey, Brennan, and the rest too many to name.

I'm actually going to take the time out of my schedule to explain this unique situation to you:
When Trump declares a National Emergency, the Dems will immediately appeal to the NY 9th District Court because of the hatred they've shown Trump, as no other court compares. The NY 9th will rule against Trump, which will immediately be appealed to the Supreme Court.
By initiating this move, RBG suddenly becomes the spotlight of attention... is she alive or not? Something as important as this will be given top priority with the Supreme Court, and they simply can't adjudicate with only 8 players who are physically/mentally able.
Bottom-line, either RBG shows back up in person to work, or she now is officially pronounced incapacitated/dead, thus the Supreme Court can't hear the appeal on the National Emergency until a new Justice is appointed.
This is how battles are fought and wars are won.....The wall and it's funding we're always a smokescreen and chum bait, Trump has a winning hand no matter what happens....It will be quite a show...

At the very least Gorsuch and Roberts vote to uphold the ruling of the lower court...
Its more likely they don't even take the case.
Lest we all not forget why we are even here... because this idiot in the White House is unbelievably bad at this job and Republicans are now BANKING on the Supreme Court taking a revisionist approach to the Constitution.
