Woodbine Race 2
, Hemlock Channel: 2 for 3 @ the distance. Runs these down.
, Moonshine Martini: cutting back, angle play.
, Chief Chato: absolutely loose but can't see this one holding on. Assuming that the will press him at some point.

WTF. The odds board was showing 5:2 on the 2. Odds change after the race is run?

The joke that is AQU turf racing. Horses that can barely get 7F usually don't stretch and wire going 8.5F on the turf. Very inner dirt like

, Sophia's Song: stickout off her debut. Why does DaSilva take off? Not a Boulanger fan.
, Conquest Ms Curlin: the usual - Casse, Conquest Stables firster with Husbands up taking money. Not winning as often as one would want with these, given the way they're touted.
use the , , under. (the 2 RELUCTANTLY)

Aqu R5:
Trying to squeeze some value out of this card at the Big A today, and I'll try with the here under Irad.
If Joel doesn't jump them out the gate on the big chalk I think Irad can grab the lead and hopefully hang in there a long way...9-1 is a good enough price to take a shot. The only other possibility is the and that's the only one besides the chalk that can beat me here.
I've always loved the "turf sprint to dirt route" angle, although 7f on turf usually plays more like a route than a sprint.
TRI:
4-5-ALL
WIN:

The obligatory during the race odds drop. 2nd choice until the running. Casse/Conquest really need to STFU already. And it's hard to believe that people are still taking the inept Carroll seriously.

, B Vexed: anything goes with Simon Husbands up. If he breaks and doesn't do anything stupid, this one will be very hard to beat.
, Pistorius: hard to believe how much Patrick Husbands has regressed as a rider. If he sits behind the other speed, he can win.
, Willow Boy: always there, never wins, DaSilva up. Definitely gets a piece
, Best Boy: overlay if remains double digit odds

Things unfolded just as I hoped - and then the real running began.
First to last in a 1/4 mile.

, Mark My Style: buried the 3 when they met back in May. Is 15:1 while the 3 is 5:2. Go figure.
, Indebted: knowing this one is not much got me a nice score in his last race. But there's even less in here.
, Dontbetwithbruno: the better Pletcher, IMO

, Bold Discovery: premature move by Mr Premature last out and get blinkers on today. Wins with anything remotely resembling a good ride.
, Let's Play: when Attard gets money, he wins. Sprinter stretching out.
, Marching Minister and , Space Ranger, will get minor pieces

, Reserve Love: Mr Premature back at it. Got this one beat last out. Patient ride gets it done.
, Trigger Finger: did all the running last out. Should be able to sit a perfect rail trip if not cut the pace.
, One Night: will be coming late.
, Hold the Gold: Lynch/Stronach presently favored. Will use defensively (on top in exotics).
Loose horse @ WO. This should take about 2 hours to straighten out.
Slight delay per the announcer. yeah, right
