ISIS is now worldwide. It is best to tighten our boarders and continue detection and prevention within.

What did that accomplish?

Again here is why we should stay:

ISIS isn't defeated.
We have allies in the region we work with.
We are actively still killing terrorists.
We shouldn't fold a section of the Middle East to Iran and Russia
There is currently no exit strategy to fill the vacuum our leaving creates
This allows for the next JV Squad to spring up.
