Well F' that. I feel so upset that I think I will pass the Belmont this year and just bet Los Al quarter horses instead.
On second thoughts, i might play the Brooklyn double with Redeemed, Birdrun and Paynter, Dullahan.

IHA scratching changes some of the dynamics moving Paynter up obviously but also My Adonis who should get the type trip that IHA was to get. Still think Dullahan is the winner though.

This is bad. Union Rags could easily become the favorite. Union Rags has won at Belmont and it was a G1 (Champagne) to boot. Most notably Point Given and Birdstone have come from that race. I mean, the current favorite has never won on dirt.
6-1 was decent odds, but 5-2 seems very prohibitive.

Keying 5 (Doolie) in first and second in a superfecta. It could pay good with IHA out.

I was going exacta box before the scratch, but I don't think there will be value there now. Probably looking more at doubles or P3s now, but I haven't studied the surrounding races well enough.

I hope not . He looks great . His owner who has spent way two many years in
a wheelchair , who loves this game , is very deserving.

I gave Optimizer a real good look.
The name rang a bell. And sure enough I dove back into my programs from last August and there it was. Optimizer broke his maiden at The Spa..On grass. They then ran him back in a G2 (T) in which he finished a strong second.
In fact, if I see this horse entered in a turf race it is my hope it's not noticed by the sharper bettors. I'm on him....
As far as Saturday, hmmm...Will be playing him in my exotics.
Lukas is as sly as they come. He still can prep them for the big races.

He's 7-1 in the early betting. I'm a bit shocked myself, as I believed he posed the biggest threat to IHA.
