New York Times stock price

the Times is still the leading newspaper in the world today. the stock price has been floundering around for many years until Trump took office...the price has doubled since he got elected..

if Trump does not get his second term, i highly advise shorting this stock along with other media equities.. Trump has been the gift that keeps on giving to the media.. the people at the Times will be sick to their stomachs if Trump loses this election.. they can never replace him in a million years.

I can't think of anything that would be more deserving than watching most of our mainstream media companies go bust. In theory, they should be heroic for looking out for average Americans, giving us valuable information, exposing corruption in government and business etc.. But the reality is that they are a bunch of lying and spinning scumbags. They are an extension of the political and business corruption they are supposed to protecting us from. What makes matters worse is that even bright and educated people believe them.

Anecdotally, my limited watching would seem to support that they are doing precisely that.
