Remakes don't in general hold up, I think the movie industry is screwed.

So far I'm liking it. Crazy Kevorkian nurse is an added bonus, holy crap. Chris Rock has been a surprise to me.

seen the season with teh butcher whos shop caught on fire and his crazy wife was on her way to jail. along with the like alien ship lights at hotel. really liked it , need to get caught up on this as well as better call saul.

That was a very good season as well. Last season was forgettable. Blah.

I am talking about the FX Tv series with Chris Rock trying to pull off being a much older gangster (the gray in his hair is so fake looking) and kingpin.
The only decent actor is the guy playing Rock's right hand man. He should have got the part Rock got...........
The Italian goons are awful too. They are a cartoon or caricature of real people. I get the Coen brothers make everybody into a caricature, but this is pure trash

its the same series, as the season I was referring to was season 2.

I think the movie industry is doing OK. It's the sit down movie theaters that are in trouble. Eventually direct to video and direct to streaming will dominate the industry.
