Probably so. I had (RIP) a cousin that was a lawyer, said 90 percent of the "lawyering" that goes on in a courtroom puts people to sleep. It's mostly procedural and most are looking for that Perry Mason moment in the first 30 minutes. Doesn't work that way.

The whistle-blower testimony earlier is what shuts willis and her career down. Build a case supporting that, then lay it in the judge's lap

I don’t know what hearing you guys were watching, but it certainly was not the one I watched. This thing is going nowhere. Georgia law requires that there be a financial benefit before a prosecutor can be removed from a case. Whether or when Willis and Wade had a romantic relationship is irrelevant.

They both testified independently that they split costs when they went out. And when they took trips, one of them paid, but the other reimbursed with cash. They also independently testified under oath as to when their relationship began. And it was after Wade was appointed as special prosecutor. Mr. Wade also testified that his income decreased and his workload increased after he was named as Special Prosecutor.

As for Ms. Willis’ so called friend. Did you know she was forced to leave the DA’s office or be fired. And while she originally testified that Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade began their relationship in 2019, upon cross examination, upon being reminded she was under oath, she was suddenly unable to corroborate that assertion.

Caroline Polisi is not an MSNBC analyst. She’s a hired gun. She appears on MSNBC, CNN, FOX CNBC and others.Actual analysts like Andrew Weismann, Lisa Rubin, Katie Phang, Barbara McQuade and others are unanimous in the opinion that Willis did nothing wrong.

Are you that stupid? It is important because she has previously submitted motions and responses to motions where she says there was no relationship in 2019. IN WRITING!

If she lied she has obviously committed a fraud on the court.

This would be a serious offense that the state bar will take up…..

She testified that their relationship didn’t begin before he was working for the county. If that’s proven wrong, it’s obvious she then gave her boyfriend a plumb position with pay at over 10x what others in the same position have been paid.

She is toast and hopefully this judge drops the hammer on her.
