Elaborate. Which foreigner? Maybe the ones limning up to pay off Michael Cohen for preznit access, or the latest Trump violation of the Constitution's emoluments clause, by making a sweetheart deal with Beijing over Chinese telecommunications company ZTE.?
Or maybe by all the constant milking of the federal government when the president requires the federal government to patronize Trump-related businesses.?

The Definitive Story Of How Trump’s Team Worked The Trump Moscow Deal During The Campaign
On the day of the third Republican presidential debate, Trump personally signed the letter of intent.
A major story in Buzzfeed on Thursday detailed work by Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen on a 100-story Trump skyscraper in Moscow during 2015 right through the Republican National Convention in 2016. It was revealed that Trump signed a “Letter of Intent” on the Moscow project on the day of the third Republican primary debate on Oct. 28, 2015.

Although millions of them were denied by the DNC's tampering with the primary. What they did was the worst election fixing in modern times. The people who did this belong in prison. At best.

Tom’s right.
But that’s assuming nobody else ran.
I’d vote for Ted Cruz over Trump.
I’d vote Pence over Trump.

If Trump worked with the RUSSIANS to release the TRUTH, than I would vote for him and give him a medal.
So far, nobody has shown me any evidence at all that there was any vote denied (other than the DNC's rigging the primaries), any votes stolen, or any illegal votes cast.
If there was any collusion, it was collusion to do nothing.
This is nothing but a bunch of democrats crying and whining because they got their sure thing beat by the biggest clown in history.
Losers trying to rationalize their party's total failure and the total failure of the worst candidate in modern history.

It goes much deeper than whining babies over an election loss. I believe the Deep State is really pissed because its agenda has been derailed. The game plan was to get Hillary in for the next 8 years so that she could finish the job of Europeanizing the U.S.

Which guy?You never explained this. A larger portion indicted or charged with lying involve Trump campaign personnel.

Don't be too disappointed if Mueller drops the charges with this guy who is seeking justice to clear his name or his company's name.
