Is membership not valid in IL due to the current state of ADW accounts or was it this way prior to ADWs becoming illegal?

Sorry for the five hour spread and the hour wait between the last two races, but I just couldn't bring myself to drop the Arcadia from the contest. It looks like it will be a very competitive race...
