the IRS just issued guidance for people in my situation

its' spokesman advised not to file an amended return - the IRS will automatically issue refunds - the next question is when - but that's okay - I feel better now - I'm going to calm down now

the IRS refunded my overpayment - received a check yesterday


they get a lot of criticism


so I'm writing to give them credit


I know they had a very difficult situation to deal with with all of these new policies being made into law and they handled it well - at least in my case
