Some tracks, (if I remember correctly, Remington Pk Evangeline, Sam Houston and maybe a few others) already offer/ed 10-cent tris.

I don't believe that any track in the U.S. offers a 10-cent tri.

I'm pretty sure I heard about or read about .10 tris at Sam Houston or Evangeline being offered. Maybe they never came to fruition.
I did make some 20 cent tris at Harness tracks like Cal Expo and Flamboro Downs and Woodbine Mohawk.

A look through all of the tracks offered on 4NJBETS today shows 20-cent trifectas at Woodbine, Flamboro, and the Australian tracks. I didn't see anything under 50 cents elsewhere.

Retama Park used to offer 10 cent trifectas. Absolutely sure.

Amazing that 40 years ago the triple in the last in new York was $2 minimum when $2 then is worth $10 now, but the minimum is only 4 bits now. What a waste.

You are correct, I hit one for $600 once. $120 horse on top(which I hit with an "all")

I hit a 50-cent tri key for $735 this year. I say keep the bet.

Indiana happens to offer a 10c hi-5 (super-hi5 or 'pentafecta'), often two races a card (4,8?) if field size, etc... cooperate.
Haven't seen it mentioned, but may be common knowledge. Often a $1 min bet at tracks.

I think it's an interesting offering in a vacuum. Haven't thought about it, in terms of a universal offering, w/ pros/cons regarding .10-Superfectas etc...,.

You would think some track would take a shot. It wouldn’t kill new York to have 9 races with .50 tri and one at the end of the day with a $2 min . At least get have held the line with the $1 minimum on pick 3 wagering, which makes it still bet able.

I think there's at least some chance these lower denomination bets on trifectas are good for serious players. They give the average player a chance to spread further than is warranted. If anything spreading too much hurts your ROI.

I can see how maybe for pick 5s and pick 6s low denominations could hurt the serious players that have the bankroll to cover some lower probability tickets that other players can't cover. That might create some pockets of value. But I don't think that's probably true of trifectas or supers. With trifectas and supers it's just encouraging smaller bankroll people to hit the all button or go way deeper than they should be and creating value elsewhere.
