It is not more efficient than actual people. Estimates are that at least 55% of illegals in this country enter legally and over-stay their visas. A fence ain't gonna stop them. Who is more likely to take a job that would have gone to an American, someone that came in legally, or someone that walked across the desert?
How much of the border has a wall now? How much more will $5 billion buy? Hint: the $1.6 billion the Dems are proposing will build zero new wall. And how much more wall will be build after Trump leaves office?

I'm personally in the hopes he shuts it down camp.
It will break the back of the Republican party so we can get back to openly fighting ourselves again....

There is a hot new rumor that I can't yet find any definitive source for. Rumor is that the GOP leadership in Congress will write a new CR bill that includes the $5 billion for the wall. They will do this without any hope of passing, just to show Trump that it can't be done.
