Who would be the worst announcer?

If you have a voice that you think would be the just about the worst horse racing announcer, who would it be? I start this thread because I just had an image of Gilber Godfrey calling a horse race.

Funny Stuff Everyone! I can just imagine all of these people and their voices doing a call with some of their mannerisms/patterns from public shows/speeches/events.

And I can't stand it - I've got this routine building in my head of Gilbert Gotfried calling a horse race using his delievery and format style from his famous/infamous Aristoracts Joke. But I am working right now, and am busy moving this afternoon. Kinda hope it goes away, because that joke in it's original format is quite blue, and I don't know that my take on it, even though it is horse racing, would get to stay up. ("...And they ran down the stretch through all the mud, and the horse shit, and the sweat - eww! sweat! as the jockeys kept hitting their horses with their whips as they came to the finish line...)
