If I understand correctly, the mere fact that the current illegals are "allowed in," i.e. "passed through immigration control" affords them the privilege. Apparently, their status changes to legal aliens, once LET in. I guess the "got aways" lose out.

I read exactly what he wrote. And I know the Ff included a provision for amending the Constitution. Therefore, they meant it to be amended. And they meant for those amendments to become a part of the Constitution. So what they said way back in 1787 is relevant only in terms of Amendments that may be passed in 2024 and beyond.

Each Amendment was created for a specific purpose to address specific problems or social issues; therefore the Amendments in total were never intended to be a one-size-fits-all shoe for everyone with a feet on U.S. soil. Each Amendment must be understood in its textual and historical context.

They also CLEARLY provided a proccess to AMMEND the document to keep it current with changing times. Of all people, MOSTPOST CLEARLY understands the ammendment proccess.
If those "puppie" bother you, THEN FOLLOW THE LAW AND AMMEND THE CONSTITUTION.

This Obamination of a judge acknoledged that but said that she was giving this guy an exception.
