Didn't someone have a link to a study of how much more often accusations of racism show up in print these days to just a couple years before? It seems the left keeps lowering the bar on what is considered racism. On a left leaning website for sports fans of which I am currently suspended from, being punished by the biased left leaning mods, you will get called a racist for even noticing differences among people's appearance or habits. Over the top PC crazy cesspool at it's finest.

Stinks: what do you make of the court tossing the suit out in the first place then? And if you think there were no merits, then why the settlement?

There are currently numerous lawsuits at all these out-of-the-mainstream media establishments -- the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, ESPN, etc., -- all bastions of condenscending liberal elitism -- where the charges stem from sexual harassment towards women, to racism and age discrimination.

I know liberals ignore matters such as this, it being so inconvenient and all.

But lookee here, a major media outlet is quietly settling on a lawsuit stemming from their horrible racist conduct. The New York Times also has a bevy of simillar lawsuits filed against them as does CNN, ESPN and others.

You have got to be kidding me.
https://theintercept.com/2017/08/15/...arlottesville/

Consider the first time the president’s name appeared on the front page of the New York Times, more than 40 years ago. “Major Landlord Accused of Antiblack Bias in City,” read the headline of the A1 piece on Oct. 16, 1973, which pointed out how Richard Nixon’s Department of Justice had sued the Trump family’s real estate company in federal court over alleged violations of the Fair Housing Act.
“The government contended that Trump Management had refused to rent or negotiate rentals ‘because of race and color,’” the Times revealed. “It also charged that the company had required different rental terms and conditions because of race and that it had misrepresented to blacks that apartments were not available.” (Trump later settled with the government without accepting responsibility.)

Over the next four decades, Trump burnished his reputation as a bigot: he was accused of ordering “all the black [employees] off the floor” of his Atlantic City casinos during his visits; claimed “laziness is a trait in blacks” and “not anything they can control”; requested Jews “in yarmulkes” replace his black accountants; told Bryan Gumbel that “a well-educated black has a tremendous advantage over a well-educated white in terms of the job market”; demanded the death penalty for a group of black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a jogger in Central Park (and, despite their later exoneration*with the use of DNA evidence, has continued to insist they are guilty); suggested a Native American tribe “don’t look like Indians to me”; mocked Chinese and Japanese trade negotiators by doing an impression of them in broken English; described undocumented Mexican immigrants as “rapists”; compared Syrian refugees to “snakes”; defended two supporters who assaulted a homeless Latino man as “very passionate” people “who love this country”; pledged to ban a quarter of humanity from entering the United States; proposed a database to track American Muslims that he himself refused to distinguish from the Nazi registration of German Jews; implied Jewish donors “want to control” politicians and are all sly negotiators; heaped praise on the “amazing reputation” of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who has blamed America’s problems on a “Jewish mafia”; referred to a black supporter at a campaign rally as “my African-American”; suggested the grieving Muslim mother of a slain U.S. army officer “maybe … wasn’t allowed” to speak in public about her son; accused an American-born Hispanic judge of being “a Mexican”; retweeted anti-Semitic and anti-black memes, white supremacists,*and even a quote from Benito Mussolini; kept a book of Hitler’s collected speeches next to his bed; declined to condemn both David Duke and the Ku Klux Klan; and spent five years leading a “birther” movement that was bent on smearing and delegitimizing the first black president of the United States, who Trump also accused of being the founder of ISIS.

Admittedly, that is a substantial portion of the article, but it was necessary to include all that I did to prove that Trump is and always has been a racist. The only reason we are hearing more about it now is that he is now president.

In 1986 Trump received the Ellis Island award, along with Rosa Parks and Muhammad Ali. The award was for:

" The Ellis Island Medals of Honor embody the spirit of America in their celebration of patriotism, tolerance, brotherhood and diversity. They recognize individuals who have made it their mission to share with those less fortunate their wealth of knowledge, indomitable courage, boundless compassion, unique talents and selfless generosity; all while maintaining the traditions of their ethnic heritage as they uphold the ideals and spirit of America. As always, NECO remains dedicated to the maintenance and restoration of America’s greatest symbol of its immigrant history, Ellis Island."

But that doesn't count.........

We know your hate is deep as the oceans and span the continents and that you are a full blown racist, but some (all) here wish you could tone down your hate to a simmer.

Look who you are quoting. You have NEVER PROVIDED REAL INFORMATION. You only re-publish hate-America liberals.

Mehdi Hasan
He hosts UpFront on Al Jazeera English Mehdi has written for the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Guardian, and is the former political director of the Huffington Post U.K. and a contributing editor to the New Statesman.

In other words, A FLAMING HATE-AMERICA LIBERAL. But that's who you want to align yourself with. You are the definitive liberal.

It's whats happening in America.

If I don't agree with BLM and Antifa, I am a labled a racist and a facist. If I don't agree with identity gender bathrooms I am a homophobe. If I think flashing at pride parades is an arrestable offense I am a homophobe, but if I pee on a bush it is an arrestable offense and I have to register as a sex offender. If I am pro law enforcement I am labled a racist. And it goes on and on. If I am for the legal form of immigration and against Illegal immigration, I am labled a racist. If I didn't vote Hillary I am a sexist. If I didn't vote Sanders I am called anti-semetic. If I call Sharpton a Jew hating Nazi, I am a racist. If I call out the media as being liberally biased, then I am labled all the above. If I don't agree with the white hating Louis Farrakhan and call him out for his encouraging the murder of police and whites, I am called racist.

Liberals have it all over hallucinagenics. Anyone care for another hit?

This is very true, as racism is being used to divide and distract people and keep the elites in power.

As for Mostie, you just have to laugh. He consistently condemns the lack of facts from alt-right, conservative and of course accurate news and blog sources - but when he needs a link to support his narrative, his fact checking attitude gets, well, checked at the door.

For some reason I don't think Mr Mostpost would post these views of Mr Hasan

Controversy

During a sermon delivered in 2009,[43] quoting a verse of the Quran, Hasan said to an audience: "The kuffar, the disbelievers, the atheists who remain deaf and stubborn to the teachings of Islam, the rational message of the Koran; they are described in the Koran as “a people of no intelligence”, Allah describes them as not of no morality, not as people of no belief – people of “no intelligence” – because they’re incapable of the intellectual effort it requires to shake off those blind prejudices, to shake off those easy assumptions about this world, about the existence of God. In this respect, the Koran describes the atheists as “cattle”, as cattle of those who grow the crops and do not stop and wonder about this world.

And now, all across America, liberals are destroying valuable art because of political beliefs. Pictures are being taken of this destruction and cops are standing by watching them. Apparently, if you are a liberal, destruction of property is not a crime.

I say we should get together and go to Paris and destroy the Mona Lisa. The French police must just stand by and watch because we are only making a political statement. After all, Leonardo Da Vinci was Italian and Italians killed Americans during WWII.

And WWII was more recent history than our Civil War.

BTW, the liberals are now talking about targeting Mount Rushmore.

Eighty people received the award that year. At least one of them was a mistake.
