Briben yanked the wheel towards the ditch and hit it day 1. Now has laid on the accelerator to plow us off the cliff. And it's not a full month in. I'd say buckle up but Joe's turns the US into a Pinto with a full tank of gas... and a rusted out bumper.

I do not know where everyone else is with home values, but here in NH Values are stable for single family. I see the opportunity to retire and cash out that type of investment while at a high currently. Going forward one would think this is only but one way to make people pay for this agenda, are others thinking the same thing?

already in probate. here on long island people are crazy to buy houses. house going for highest price ever, and even with poision well water underground that the local water district uses for public consumption.
