Does brisnet post the date of a horse being gelded in the pps? I don't see them, and I was curious as to where the best place to go to find out.

Think that is only in the DRF. And it's not necessarily when the horse was gelded but when it was first reported.

It is in TimeformUS PPs, but be warned, the date is the "reported" date, not the actual gelded date. It isn't always easy to figure out when a horse was gelded from the information provided, need to use some logic when viewed in the PP lines.
