WhoBets race track links?
I used to use his site for occasional links to Bris info. They used to download as easy to open .PDF files which open. Same as Horse-Races.net trainer files for Bris pps
Now they don't open as the link is now a .php file? They seem to open ok on ios phones and windows but not in any android devices. Any ideas?

You can download the PHP file to a PDF by clicking on the download arrow on the right hand side on the top.

Tom thanks for the assistance but I never see that. When you click on the Ultimate Bris link it then directly tries to download it and you get an error message stating it is a .php file and goes back to WhoBets main link page. I don't havevthe option to convert to .PDF file

What browser are you using?
Maybe it is a setting?
I am using Chrome, but I will try FF and IE tonight and see if it works the same in all three. I remember having some problems with PDF file a while ago, in FF. I think it was a preference to use the on line reader, PHP? for PDF files.

Something may have changed on your system. I just tried a couple and they opened as normal.
Check your options / applications to see what the app is for opening pdfs.
Also, he does get a wonky link in there once in a while, like to the wrong track. If it's just one particular race at a specific track it could just be a misspelling.

I have a work-around for the problem.
When you get to the specific race link you want to download, RIGHT click on it and choose Save Link As.....or something like that.
You will have to name it something, then save it as the PHP file.
Go to the directory and rename the file
FILE.PHP > FILE.PDF
It should open as a PDF.
Like Red Knave, it might just be the application selected to open PDF files.
A little work, but should work until you get to the real fix.

Tom Red
I disabled google drive and already have Adobe Reader installed on my Android tablet.
There is no right click option on tablets.
So now when I click on the Bris ultimate pp's it downloads the file into my file download area but it still is a .php file with no way to rename or open up with Adobe.
I can download it on my ios phone, open it up, send to my email account and then retrieve on my tablet but that is a pain to do a whole card.
Second Best...yours open up no problem? Mine still download as .php not .pdf

whobet still works fine for me, the problem is almost certainly your browser settings for how to open a pdf, or what it does when clicking on the links.

Lets try this again . I've seen it before, but sometimes the browsers setting for pdf will just change on their own.
So I checked the Firefox setting and sure enough , it had changed to SAVE, and not 'open' for PDF's.
Switching it back fixed the problem.
