Just look at how much the Dems are fracturing and they aren't even in power yet. They let the socialists have too much voice and now they can't be controlled. AOC is a gift to us. A tone deaf ideologue with whimsical ideas. Bless her heart.

All of the work he does between now and the Inauguration is Trump being Trump. There will be no stain on the GOP since everyone knows he cannot be controlled by the party. So the GOP has all gain with no pain as Trump drags the Dems into the gutter with him. Gotta love a sore loser who pays back in kind.

Best of all, there's not a damned thing the Dems can do about it. They are reaping the whirlwind.
Oh...Trump ISN'T a Republican now. The way you guys have been talking the last 4 years...I got the impression that he WAS.

I'm not sure anyone believed Trump was a republican. I certainly didn't. Find one poster on this board who thought Trump was a true republican? He was a democrat until 2015 for heaven's sake. He's essentially a RINO, but in his case, he is loyal to the belief system of the party. Conservative values. Capitalist economy. Religious freedom. Conservative court system. Trade deals that help America. Remove ourselves as the world's policeman. Instead of going the Independent party route, he decided to usurp one party's infrastructure for a while. The GOP gained by Trump's inclusion as much as Trump gained by aligning with the GOP. A marriage of convenience. I'd happily vote for him again but we aren't sheep over here that believe everything our masters tell us to believe. I am greatly disappointed in the deficit spending and I hope the GOP gets back to that topic. I fully expect them to do so.

That's a really good analysis. Back in 2015, I didn't like him because he was the embodiment of all things GOP; I liked him because he is willing to push back against the Obama-era nonsense, and most of the other GOPers running would have just folded that crap into their own normals and sought other political challenges.

I don't know what the future holds for the GOP, but I really fear the censorship of the Big Tech going unrestrained, and literally pushing conservative viewpoints out of the public square; after this cycle, that's not a crazy notion. Repubs will still need a charismatic leader to fight back or we will simply become irrelevant.

The fascism on display the last few weeks: big tech squashing significant stories, tech execs filling Biden administration positions, enemies lists, economic plans and energy policies that will hurt the poor first (as always happens in planned societies), totalitarian efforts to modify the way you think and behave; it's been stunningly sad.

Strong points. There HAS to be something done about big tech, censorship, and cancel culture. If the GOP doesn't raise holy hell on this support, I'll be really pissed.

I believe he won fair and square, and that makes NO DIFFERENCE in YOU being a total wack job, dirty old man, and pathetically obnoxious social outcast who embarrasses himself in most every post defend his warped, childish beliefs.

You won nothing in this election, Sonny boy.

With everything that's out there about the likely 'fix' to this election, how can you think that, let alone say it? Do you really think that a person on the verge of full-fledged dementia with a running mate that couldn't even stand out in the primaries really legally won more votes than any previous president...ever? Come on man!
