Freeloaders who don’t want to work are calling off with the “I have a fever” excuse. Requiring a test keeps them honest. Don’t ask me how I know. I fired a couple for this over the last week.
My wife fired an employee yesterday for calling off because her
“Baby had a sore arm” from taking the vaccine. She believed that that entitled her to the New Years weekend off. Always been a problem child…..

And it's just not young people. Have a 55 year old employee who had a *cough* last Friday (xmas eve), although it only occurred if you walked into the room with her. We demand every employee who is sick to get a rapid test that day. If you don't, you better have a damned good reason for not following orders. She has evaded a covid test all week and yesterday we found out that her son was in town all week. She has been symptom free for three days. She will be fired today.

New data out of Germany says upwards of 90% cases and hospitalizations are in the vaccinated. Remember we are usually 2 or 3 weeks behind Europe so that's the case here next.
There's nothing we can do now. Let it run its course. Omicron is great news for long term.

Biden said this couldn't happen.
And with Biden, I was told THE ADULTS ARE BACK IN CHARGE.
And yet, more people have died of COVID with Biden as POTUS compared to Trump.

A new cure for covid. We threatened to fire her and miraculously she produced a negative test and went to work today. All cured. She has used up all of her 9 lives though.
