As I try out other ADW's to use before I cancel my TS account, I thought I would point out a few things of many that is awful about the "New and fixed" what isn't broken Classic and twinspires TV. Finding results from previous races is so much easier with the new classic????(that is if you never used the previous version of the better classic)???


Spicey and Mikey, if you use the new TV which somebody thinks is better than the previous twinspiresTV, when the race ends and you continue the video going into the next race, you need to refresh the page to get a new wagering pad and odds for the next race. For some stupid reason somebody needed to fix that awful problem from the previous version which changed to the next race and gave you the current odds, pools, wagering pad and didn't need to be refreshed. GREAT JOB TWINSPIRES CHEAP PROGRAMMER HELP!


Another improvement by the cheap programmers Churchill Downs corporation loves to employ is how if you use the "New and Unimproved" Twisnpsires TV is how you can set the volume on the track you are watching but when you change to another track it goes back to maximum volume instead of staying with the previous volume you set. You know, just like it worked in the older and much improved previous version of twinspres TV?


If the small details don't matter, do you really think they care about bigger things? For example, should I bring up how they didn't care about the Fairgrounds turf problems for several years which was only fixed when THE CHURCHILL CORPORATION was threatened with losing their casino license at the Fairgrounds? Arlington park is also on the neglect list of their racing properties and fans excuse makers!

IF you are considering this company for an ADW, LOOK ELSEWHERE! This is a casino company and they do not care about their racing customers.

Companies that care about the customer would suspend or fire you for such a childish response! Then again, the racing industry has never given a sh*t about the customer so your job is safe!

The old classic was superior to the changes paid employees like you tell us to accept. Then again, I am a horse racing customer and Churchill only cares about the casino customers! Keep that in mind if you are thinking about using Twinspires as an ADW! If you are considering using them as an ADW, DON'T!!! They don't care about the racing customer so AVOID them!

PS: I found a way to STILL use the old classic interface. Private message me to find the loophole that allows you to use the SUPERIOR CLASSIC WAGERING INTERFACE instead of the new and unimproved non racing fan who never bet a race in their life designed wagering interface!


I will use this till I find(STILL TESTING) a BETTER customer service ADW to replace the UNFRIENDLY RACING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT TWINSPIRES, aka: Churchill Downs (Churchill stock symbol: CHDN) provides yet KISSES THE ASS OF Shareholders AND THE CASINO CUSTOMER COMPANY KNOWN AS Churchill Downs!
