I have to go back to 37 or younger before I had my lower spine fused and people with chronic terminal pain could get narcotic pain medication and muscle relaxers from any doctor.
I oddly would move back to California. I would get a second home in Bullhead City AZ. Probably locate close to a large population area in Cali as close to
Bullhead as I could get. Probably back to the Inland Empire. My plan would get a head start profiting off of the elimination of gas stoves. I would start a business only focused converting to electric stoves doing the electrical carpentry and drywall, if needed. I might partake in a little gas stove smuggling if I could find a work around on the laws. You could probably get a good mark up if an area was in an 8+ hour round trip to buy one in Arizona or Nevada.
I would hire young south of the border folks and train them, possibly thinking of selling franchises later on down the road. Once I have a good crew together I could spend a lot of time in Arizona. No reason I could not bid jobs
off a bunch of cell phone pictures taken by the foreman.
Going back to 37 also gets back a lot of money lost because of the 2008 recession.
