Two years for me, too. Got it in February, felt lousy for about two weeks; un-vaxxed, age 66. Wife-unit got it at the same time, similar symptoms, about the same duration; double shot vaxxed, no booster, age 62.

Small sample size, but my conclusion is that for relatively healthy individuals, there is little positive effect that would make me change my thinking. I don't even consider potentially adverse side effects like big balls, sperm counts, and other aspects that don't concern me.

Germany

Yesterday July 20, 2022 the German Health Ministry admitted in a tweet that 1 in 5,000 people suffer severe side effects resulting from Covid vaccination.

But they soon issued a correction:

Cutting and pasting the text of the above tweet into Google Translate yields the following English translation:

Quote:
Correction: The reporting rate for serious reactions is according to @PEI_Germany 0.2 reports per 1,000 vaccine doses.
Actually, the correction is even worse than the original:

Each DOSE carries a 1 in 5,000 chance of severe side effects.

The narrative continues to unravel.

In my previous post I used the word severe thinking that severe and serious are interchangeable.

They are not.

A Google search for the phrase "serious vs severe" (without the quotes) turned up the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/PVJobs4u/po...5225825495487/

Quote:
Serious vs Severe Adverse Event or Reaction:-

A serious adverse event or reaction is any untoward medical occurrence that at any dose:
• results in death
• requires inpatient hospitalisation or prolongation of existing hospitalisation
• results in persistent or significant disability/incapacity
• is life-threatening
To ensure no confusion or misunderstanding of the difference between the terms ‘serious’ and ‘severe’, the following note of clarification is provided:
The term ‘severe’ is not synonymous with serious. In the English language, ‘severe’ is used to describe the intensity (severity) of a specific event (as in mild, moderate or severe); the event itself, however, may be of relatively minor medical significance (such as severe headache).
I'm thinking the German Health Ministry used wording that translates to serious in English for a reason.

Alex Berenson's latest.

"No, mRNA Covid vaccines do not offer long-term protection from serious illness"

https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/...medium=reader2

Maybe he's missing something, but it's still worth a read.

Dr. Kelly Victory (US Naval surgeon) was one of the few who, back in the beginning, spoke out against mass vaccine rollout into the teeth of a Pandemic.

Of course she was quickly ridiculed, ostracized, and saw her videos taken down by social media fact checkers for 'misinformation.'

Funny thing though --

Nearly everything she warned against, the vaccines being 'leaky' meaning they allowed too many breakthrough cases, which she predicted would drive future new strains to emerge with the ability to escape vaccine immunity, which in turn (because of Original Antigenic Sin) would make people whose first exposure to Covid was the protein spike of the original strain delivered by an mRNA vaccine more susceptible to said future new strains, etc.

Literally EVERYTHING she warned against that was dismissed by the so called fact checkers, the Press, and our government health officials who like her arguably knew better:

ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

My doubled jabbed, double boosted friend back in California has Covid for the second time. I would call this guy a borderline germaphobe. Most all the people I know except one got Covid after two shots or more.

It has been a Shitshow. What I wonder about is where the line lie at with how much was due to incompetence...and how much was intentional (money).

I would say incompetence and not wanting to admit wide spread failure. Unless I need to be corrected I would say money wasn't much of a factor.
I don't think the is was the typical case where doctors are financially rewarded for pushing something. Don't the drug companies get paid regardless of outcome, this time?

The fact that they are still pushing it, and now for young children, says they still think it's safe and effective.

We know it's not very effective.

We know the the risk of omicron for young children is extremely low.

So the risk/reward has to be a coin toss at the very best even if the risk of the vaccine is also very low.

It's hard to know. Either they are the biggest idiots of all time, they are corrupt, or there is some hidden agenda. I can forgive idiocy, but if it's either of the other two I'm in favor of a firing squad or public hanging.

Right Jeff?
Saved some.

I know I've posted it before but consider this.

Based on information available at the FDA.gov site, in Pfizer's clinical vaccine trial there were 44,000 cohorts.

22,000 vaccinated and 22,000 placebo.

There were exactly 3 Covid deaths during the trial period among those 44,000 people.

1 in the vaccinated group and 2 in the placebo group.

But, there were 38 all causes deaths during the trial period among those 44,000 people.

21 in the vaccinated group and 17 in the placebo group.

23.5% higher all causes death rate among the vaccinated group than the placebo group.

Also, there were 9 cardiac deaths during the trial period among those 44,000 people.

7 in the vaccinated group vs. just 2 in the placebo group.

350% higher cardiac death rate among the vaccinated group than the placebo group.

But wait, there's more.

At the end of the trial period they gave everybody in the placebo group the chance to get vaccinated.

And because it was "safe and effective" a large percentage of the placebo group willingly took the vaccine.

That last part literally destroyed any and all chance of performing long term safety studies on the vaccinated vs. placebo groups.

So yeah, you saved some lives.

But only if you zoom in and look at Covid only and pretend the big picture doesn't exist.

Imo, a shitshow for the ages. Nothing else like it in our lifetimes.

Link to one of my previous posts that contains a link to the FDA.gov site and a screenshot showing the cardiac deaths info that the FDA appears to have since removed from their site:
