But that would be rather against the whole point of an RSS feed (in general), where they typically are aggregated/filtered/modified into a "feed of feeds" etc at mash-up sites, etc.. Just adding their feed to an RSS reader that automatically refreshes would probably violate Equibase's terms of use, which specify something about not using automated means. And of course using the feed no matter how you get it to create a data file that allows your software to update the scratches would also violate their terms since are only allowed to use their info in "an online or hardcopy print environment", meaning you are allowed to look at the information, but not actually do anything with it (besides memorize it, I suppose). So going by the terms of use, any use of the feed whatsoever would be prohibitied.
BUT, since they provided the feed, I think it is reasonable to assume that it is ok by them to actually use it as any other RSS feed might be?
