Yesterday, Doug O'Neil put Prat on the horse.

Odd that Rosario wouldn't commit to the colt as it has to be one of the favorites in the Derby.

I know he also rides Concert Tour, but I can't see that horse beating Hot Rod Charlie.

But, obviously, his agent must be doing something right or he wouldn't be one of the best in the game...

He waited to make a decision until the Arkansas Derby, so I think O'Neil decided to decide for him.
