Method "Dutching With Three" by Ray Taulbot

Hi--Has anyone has had success with Ray Taulbot's method "Dutching With Three". It is from American Turf Monthly September 1964 edition page 10. It involves dutching three horse in claiming races only and the bet must be placed as close as to post time as possible. The reprint is 5.00 but how successful is this method? I appreciate all and any help. Thanks in advance.
