So I was reading something online just now...is it true that it's been shown during the trial that Chauvin didn't have his knee on the neck for 9+ minutes?
"The state’s own expert witness admitted on the stand that photographs taken at various intervals showed Chauvin’s knee not on Floyd’s neck but on his back."
Those who have been paying attention to this trial...is that true?
And does it matter, if true?

Testimony has said just leaving him in the prone position with his hands cuffed behind him was more than enough to kill him. Having a knee on his back/shoulder in that position appears to be very lethal.
Defense started today, closing arguments Monday.

BOMBSHELL!
Defense expert, Forensic Pathologist, just said first aid at the time the siesure was observed could have saved Floyd.
NOT what defense had wanted to come out........prosecutor is shredding this guy.

Both sides have rested.
Closing arguments Monday.
INHO, Defense presented a very weak and unsubstantial case.

Is anyone besides me very unimpressed with the defense attorney.

Reminds me of the OJ trial.
Jerk just dismisses all the experts.
It worked.
When you have a jury box full of idiots, it works.

He’s relying on the written material and a couple of very serious reasons to win on appeal. He’s looking forward to the next trial

This would be the perfect ending...Chauvin found guilty, appeals thanks to Maxie's comments and gets set free!

Just what are those very serious reasons? In your opinion.

One side or the other (I'm uncertain which one) asked that the jury be sequestered and the judge said "No." The question then becomes (1)did one or more members of the jury hear what the random person said and (2)did the random person's statement influence the jury's decision?
Seems to me that sequestering the jury should be SOP in a murder trial, particularly if that trial is as highly publicized as this one. Seems like a no brainer to me but then I'm not a judge.
