the ocean is right at the door of the homeowners - this is not a hurricane - this is every day

big bucks needed to fix this

residents resisting new taxes - want to somehow tax tourists more

None of those places picture look to be that old... so they built upon the sand to have ocean front property... well they got it. But fear not Dementia Joe will no doubt bail them out... or I should say the inland folks will.

No one loves the sea more than I do -- but I would never in 10,000 years think about building a house and living right on the beach. That is insanity! I guess these homeowners aren't capable of thinking beyond the tip of their noses.
