Find myself in between jobs at the moment...my Kentucky programmer is right smack dab in the middle of moonshine season...so he can't be disturbed. I'd have to drive all the way to Kentucky to get a lil taste--he won't ship it because, well you know....the 'revenooers and all.
Soooo....I'm just messing around right now--I devised a plan to turn $200 into..like Goldmember said: "one...million... dollars".
Think I can't do it? Oh I can do it. I hate to say this...but this board has lost it's "edge" What kind of society is this---where you can't even make fun of
whodo...without worrying about a "demerit"? The dude doesn't even realize he's being made fun of---so what's the problem?
Relax whodo--I'm just making fun of you. There used to be at least a dozen "slow" folks on this board. Since they took out the comps at the public libraries...their numbers went way down.
Someone said our former bank vice president was living out of a cardboard refrigerator box...he cut out a hole in the side so he could pretend it was a drive-up window.
Okay enough jokes....like I said this forum has gotten very boring, so I plan to stir up some interest. I have access to a very exclusive group of horses...the
"60's. Anyone with BEST-5 knows what I'm talking about. They win about 60%, but that isn't why they are called '60's.
Trifecta Mike or Exacta Jack, or someone used to say "more will be revealed later".
haha....unfortunately there isn't a hell of a lot more to reveal.
DAY 1
TDN 6TH GREELEY AND GOLD
FLX 3RD CHEETAH'S TAIL
INDY 9TH SIXES LOADED TO FLY
EVD 6TH SOUTHERN WIND
WOX 5TH VANTAGE TIME
WOX 8TH MEGALIN CANDY
PEN 8TH ANNA REGINA
Like I said--I'm just fooling around here. I can't lose a lot of money, and if the handwriting's on the wall--I'll simply quit
What I'm thinking is---bet $20 initially on each horse...and keeping a notebook. Each track is a separate entity. If I win I bet another $20---never more than $20. If I lose...the next bet is $10--until I win again at that track. If I win 6 in a row...5 of those bets are for $20. If I lose 6 in a row...5 of those bets are for $10.
I can never lose more than $10 per bet (after the initial $20 loss)---but I can win more than the $20, due to the parimutual aspect. I can also NOT WIN the $20...by nature these are low-paying horses. I noticed one horse paid $8.00...so I'm counting on the rare "bomb" (an $8 payoff can be considered a "bomb" in this situation)
In a few days you may say "What a mathematically ignorant fool--what college did he go to?"
I didn't finish high school---not even close
