Jockeys Birthdays
Hello to all
For y handicapping I like to use biorhythms. In order to calculate them its necessary to have the birthday of the horse or jockey. Its easy to get the horse's birthday, but its hard to get all the jockey information. A lot of them can be found on the web (Wikipedia, bio pages, etc), some are found on the media guides of the tracks where they run, but some are really hard to get.
My question to all of you my friends is is there any reliable source where i could get that information?
Thank you for your valuable time
Regards

Shouldn't you really be looking up the horse's birthdays?

It's a known fact that trainers' birthdays have a higher correlation.

I thought all jockey's birthdays were January 1st each year?
Kind of a neat idea - biorhythms.
When the horse, jockey, trainer, and YOUR's all line up, bet the ranch!
Or box the 4 good ones in the super.

Analysis of jockey birthdays is easily flawed.
Unless you can get hold of the racing administrator's jockey database then any source of data will be biased towards older jockeys or headline news jockeys only.
You will always find a source of birthdays for the Steve Cauthens and Frankie Dettoris out there but you won't find the birthdays for the majority of the under 30yo jockeys such as journeymen / women and apprentices. For that reason jockey birthday analysis is flawed.

a long time ago used a sports service who rated q/backs biorhythms in football-
and believe it or not it was mostly correct in predicting bad days for the q-back

You'd have to provide some proof of that one.

Yes my friend, the software was called TeamBios, I have it and I am trying to replicate its functions using excel, since the software is no longer available.

Yes I know that there is a risk since there is no database reliable, there are 2 jockeys that have different birthdays on wikipedia and personal bio pages, but havent been able to get in touch with anyone who can help me, most track administrators who have responded to my messages have told me that they don't have that information.
A friend of mine told me that perhaps the best bet was to try to contact the jockeys agents, I have some numbers will try and see.
