Trump Supporters Are Easily Hoodwinked.
A Neuroscientist Explains How Trump Supporters Are Easily Hoodwinked Because of This One Psychological Problem
https://www.alternet.org/neuroscient...ogical-problem
Those who score low on political knowledge tend to overestimate their expertise even more when greater emphasis is placed on political affiliation.
In the past, some prominent psychologists have explained President Donald Trump’s unwavering support by alluding to a well-established psychological phenomenon known as the “Dunning-Kruger effect.” The effect is a type of cognitive bias, where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they don’t have enough knowledge to know they don’t have enough knowledge. Or, stated more harshly, they are “too dumb to know they are dumb.”
...............................................
Sound just about right to me.

You just don't like the phrase "speak truth to power". Ok, I will re-phrase that
"speak truth to chimps"
The vise is closing in.
BTW, chimps and humans are different species.
And your "enough already" is just beginning

You mean like low income people who think that Bernie Sanders is one of them, and wants to spread the wealth around? People who don't know or ignore the fact that he owns 3 residences and made over $1 million in 2016?
There's lots of that to go around on both sides of the aisle.

You've surpassed those 8 years in fewer than 2...congrats!
Obama had his cult as well. It included most of the media. That was pretty horrific. But you didn't mind.

Nice try. Not close to your level.
Btw, talk about easily fooled - how about all those democrats who bought HIllary's line of BS and the DNC's line of BS?
They stole the election from Bernie right out from under their noses.
Even when Bernie won, they came up with, oh, wait, we had super-delegate in that one!
And how about Bernie himself - just shrugs it off and ignore it all.
You want a moron like HIM in the WH? Spineless commie wimp.
Oh, you 1960's Stalin -lovers give him a pass.

If you zero in on a predetermined, cherry-picked sample, you can get whatever conclusion you want.

Exactly what Trumpeteers do with his lying, no matter the evidence proving he lied. Zero in on his deflections.

Here's a clue: The "Hope and Change" time is behind us. The real, positive change is already underway.

Thank you for being definitive proof of hcaps thesis. THE SUPER DELEGATES DID NOT MATTER. Clinton won 2271 elected delegates. Sanders won 1820 elected delegates. Clinton won 55.2% of the popular vote Sanders won 43.1%. That is a difference of 12.2% in Clintons favor. Clinton won 36 primaries. Sanders won 24.
You and others of your "Elk" complain that the only reason Clinton achieved
the requisite 2382 delegates was because of super delegates. But the fact is if the super delegates did not exist the number of votes needed to win the nomination changes from 2382 to 2046. Clinton had 2271 legally elected delegates.
Finally, let's discuss this idea that the DNC is supposed to be neutral. Why? The DNC is supposed to win elections. It ought to support the candidate they feel has the best chance to defeat the Republican candidate. As long as they don't commit election fraud or sabotage any candidate's campaign, they should support the candidate they feel has the best chance in the general election.
Don't forget, Bernie Sanders is not even a Democrat. He is an independent.
