ALEXANDRIA, Va. – With the criminal trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort just two days away, the judge in the case ordered the testimony of five witnesses granted immunity by special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team.
U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis at a hearing Monday morning said he would unseal the documents that would reveal the identities of the immunized witnesses.

Brian Fitzpatrick is my Congressman at Pennsylvania CD 1, formerly called CD 8 before the illegal re-districting.
He is the brother of Mike Fitzpatrick who represented the district for about 10 years. Mike retired after the 2014 term; he's been battling health issues. Mike was very popular in a trending purple district -- he won his last two elections with 63 or so percent of the vote.
Brian Fitzpatrick won in 2016 by just 54 per cent of so -- he underperformed his brother big time. Hillary won the district by 2 per cent while Obama won the district twice by 15 percent+.
Both Mike and Brian are bought and paid for by the Chamber of Commerce. They are for open borders, unfettered illegal immigration, cheap labor, 'free' trade (GOP style) and are also very strong advocates of the idiotic 'No Labels' concept pushed mostly by swishy, cowardly and compromised Republicans, such as Susan Collins, Ryan Costello and Jon Huntsman. The group also includes phonies and opportunists such as Democrats Joe Lieberman and Joe Manchin.
Just a few months ago on my local Talk Radio station following the primaries he was a guest of Dom Giordano, a Lou Dobbs regular. They were talking about socialist far left kook Scott Wallace winning the Democrat primary to be Brian's foe in November.
Both were talking the usual GOP talking points -- Wallace is too far left; he didn't accomplish much career wise; his grandfather was FDR's veep... yada yada.
I called the station and got through. I also mentioned Wallace being too radical for the district. His answer was yes, of course. Now, because I was on his 'good' side, I also asked him a follow up or two. I said:
"Do you think you will win even though you are not a Trump supporter and risk conservatives not voting for you like they chose not to last time', and: how will you answer Wallace's charge if he asks you what wing of the FBI did he work for -- the criminal wing of Comey and McCabe or the incompetent wing of Bob Mueller?"
Within three seconds Giordano interjected and said: "With Wallace being relatively unknown in the district that can't help him, right Congressman?" He saved Brian from having to answer my two serious and sincere questions.
Fitzpatrick could very well win because of the Red Wave, but he's far from a cinch, I assure you.
He doesn't deserve to win and he will not get my vote. He is a clown.
