I'm sure they have something pretty good on Trump. They are just crossing the Ts and dotting the Is. How could they not? It's Trump.
And if they don't have something, they can always create it in the lab.
So either way, he's ****ed.
Schumer did warn him..."You mess with the intelligence agencies, they'll hit you back three ways to Sunday..." or something like that.

It sounds like they have so much stuff on Manafort from 10-15 years ago, he won't even be out of jail to talk to his lawyer. I wonder why when Mueller was in charge of the FBI, he did not find it then.

I think this FISA issue is going to become the big story in the end. I think there will be some asses kicked in a big way over this whole ordeal. And there will be a bunch more people go down over it, including some judges.

You are correct everything that came after FISA is fruit of the poisonous tree.
And this certainly includes not only the Special Council but the appointment of the Special Council itself.

Mueller exposes Crooked Hillary's goons, refers Tony Podesta, Vin Weber and
Greg Craig to Southern District of New York for charges.
Sounds like he proving his nonpartisanship doesn't it.
NO. To do that he would charge them himself, not refer them.

Were they part of the 5 offered immunity to testify against Manafort?

Could be but SDNY will not pursue charges regardless.

Prosecutor Asonye tells Judge Ellis key witness in Manafort case may not testify, who could that, be none other than star witness Rick Gates.
The Judge was not amused. Although I am.

Key statements from Judge Ellis after only two days.
- Being wealthy is not a crime
- Do not refer to his clients as oligarchs (Russian implication)
- Wire transfers from overseas accounts to pay for expensive Hollywood suits
are not a crime. What you have to prove is overseas income was not reported to the IRS
- No you may not show the jury pictures of his expensive suits and home remodeling invoices. They are irrelevant to your tax evasion indictment
- Gates may not testify depending on evidence presented. Nonsense. You (should) know who your witnesses are before going to trial!
Manafort claimed 27$ million in the years in question.

If there aren't laws against having suits made out of ostriches, there should be ... I hope Mueller et al., get him for that.
