I remember when they used to do statewide doubleheaders via simulcasting. There used to be a state rule that no more than one thoroughbred track could run at any given time.

Suffolk Downs at 10 AM
Three County Fair at Northampton at 1:30 PM.

Carlos Figueroa, half mile t-breds and Ed’s French Fry stand. Miss those fair races.

Great Barrington is an unusual half-mile track in that the track is not a perfect oval shape; the turns have brief straightaways. It’ll be interesting if they reopen.
