Beyond the SCOTUS

I have recently changed my mind regarding Trump and his hope for the SCOTUS outcome. I originally believed that Trump sought and wanted the SCOTUS as the "preferred" choice for addressing the Election Fraud.

I now believe that he "wants" the SCOTUS to side-step and decline to take on this issue, for the following critical aspect. If the SCOTUS were to take on the issue and eventually rule in Trump's favor, ALL of the deep state actors would still be in place in key positions and would continue their full efforts to fight Trump for the next 4 years. And Trump's ability to take on and remove the Deep State actors would be extremely difficult because so much of the civil court system has been essentially corrupted.

I now believe that Trump has been quietly preparing (with appropriate media head fakes) to use the constitutional powers granted to him with the 14th Amendment. Included in this will be military tribunals and a limited use of Martial Law which will allow the Deep State actors to be effectively dealt with and removed. Also part of this plan will be the presenting of proofs to the American public that our election was without a doubt deliberately manipulated by foreign actors (with the cooperation and support by domestic traitors).

Trump will do this for a number of reasons. He will do it first because as President he as sworn to protect our country and constitution against all domestic and foreign enemies. He will also do this because he knows that if he chooses to let the Biden administration take office and try to fight by another means, the left will do everything in their power to destroy him, his family, and his supporters.

One key action comes due this week, and involves one of the EO's Trump has signed.

A portion of that Executive Order is as follows:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Fox News are reporting the United States Treasury has been hacked by a foreign entity.

Also, a huge breach of a database containing nearly 2 million CCP spy operatives all over the world was leaked today.

Yet somehow we're supposed to believe it's impossible that voting machines and servers can be breached?

Trump has less than 24 hours to do what you say. All 50 states have certified their election results and tomorrow the presidential electors selected by every state's voters will gather and cast their votes. After that there's no going back.

I am completely with you Track Collector. Think this week will be very interesting. He has until Dec. 18th to do this and Ratcliff said he will have info about the other countries this week. He needs these states to certify, so they commit a crime. The only date that matters is Jan. 20.
